CONGRATULATIONS! We have enough people signed up to ensure the trip is a go! Thank you to everyone that signed up and made your deposits on time. This allowed us to finalize our contracts and make our group deposits. If anyone else would like to join the trip the last date to sign up is December 12th.

We are pleased to present to you the details of the upcoming educational trip to Colonial Williamsburg , where your children will be able to explore and imagine what it was like to live during the early days of our country.

Pricing and Payment Information

The Prices shown below reflect a range dependent upon  the number of people traveling – both students and chaperones. A Major factor driving the cost is bus utilization.

Chaperones

A chaperone discount will be divided equally amongst  all qualified chaperones. The chaperone to student ratio affects the individual  chaperone price. (Student cost is independent of the number of chaperones attending). The minimum chaperone : student ratio will be 5:1.

Price Range

Student Price Range:       $995 - $1035

Chaperone Price Range:      $795 - $935

A deposit of $110.00 per person is due no later than Friday, November 14, 2003. This will cover the hotel deposit of $500 as well as the individual intermediate deposit that is due mid-December. No work may begin until the signed contract and deposit are received.

Final Payment and Roommate Requests

Final payment and preliminary rooming list will be due February 6, 2004

A Final rooming list is due 45 days prior to departure.

Changes / Cancellations

All cancellations must be in writing. Should the entire block be canceled up to 121 days prior you will receive a total refund, less a $100.00 admin fee.

Cancellation between 120-71 days prior will result in a full refund less a $250.00 administrative fee. Cancellation of any seats from 70 days prior to departure will result in a $100.00 penalty per seat blocked, plus any unrecoverable deposits. Airline tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Airline penalties apply.
